Inside is a brief history of ROWE, stories from people who are currently working in a ROWE, and real-world examples of how ROWE shatters those outdated attitudes and beliefs about work culture. It’s a crash course in the Results-Only philosophy that is a must read for anyone embarking on leading this change in their organization.

Card Decks

Because migrating into a ROWE requires social change, we’ve included three card games that will help you make it social and fun. The Sludge, ROWE Feud and Do Something Scary games create interactive experiences that get everyone involved in solving issues together.
